Joe has recruited Gail, otherwise known as “Mom,” to be a part of his team of professionals. Her extensive background in public works, building and community development adds value and a unique knowledge base to his list of services. Her attention to detail and customer service skills aid his mission of providing excellent service to his clients. Gail is present to corroborate the best possible process and assist clients in achieving their goals. When selling your home she will provide consultation on how best to present your home through preparation and marketing. Gail is a licensed broker and has been a real estate assistant for several years, giving her the ability to provide technical support were needed, this helps deliver seamless service not all brokers provide. Having lived throughout the Puget sound area for the last 20 years, Jason has a deep connection with the community. Growing up in the area he has seen how the region has changed and looks forward to helping you find not just your dream home, but your dream neighborhood. His favorite way of staying involved is by fostering animals in need and helping them find a new home in the area. With over 9 years of customer service and management in his background, rest assured that you will be a top priority. Val started her real estate career as a buyer’s agent with a top producing Keller Williams expansion team. While gaining experience as an agent, she discovered her real passion and talent were on the transaction side of the sale. This led her to become the Transaction Manager with that top team where she managed transactions across multiple states. She finds true joy being able to help buyers and sellers through their home purchase or sale and supporting agents with their real estate business. Val brings to Perkins and Associates a tremendous amount of transaction management experience with over 800 transactions closed and takes great pride in her work ethic. She holds a BS in Communication Studies from Portland State University. Outside of real estate she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs and can be found doing endless renovations on her home.
